Disclaimer

I am not a registered dietician or certified trainer. My thoughts, opinions, and insights are based off of my own personal research, experience, and studies. I simply post the experiences in my life, my work outs, recipes, and optimistic insights because this is something I enjoy and I hope to pass along a little happiness and encouragement your way as well. While I hope you can take something from my work outs and recipes, they may not be the right fit for you. Therefore, if you need further recommendations as far as medical issues please seek the help of a professional.

As far as vitamin b goes, this technically will not give you the recommended intake of vitamin b. B vitamins are known as the energy vitamin or the “happy pill”. The reasoning behind the name Your Daily Dose of Vitamin B with Genevieve Marie is because I hope that through my posts you will find the energy to live a healthy, active, and balanced lifestyle and I can share a virtual “happy pill” with you through life’s simple pleasures. You will still need to make sure you are actually receiving the daily recommended dosage of vitamin b into your body. You can find these different b vitamins in eggs, nuts and seeds, legumes, leafy greens, bananas, whole grains, avocados, dairy, and various poultry. Once again, contact a professional for further advisory on what is the appropriate daily intake for your needs.

Besides that, I hope you find the contents of this blog “energizing”, enlightening, humorous, and fulfill your “virtual” intake of vitamin b. Feel free to contact me with any questions, recommendations, or just to say hey!
