Drop and Give Me Zen

When was the last time you slowed down and took a moment to do something for you?

Yoga doesn’t have to be agonizingly slow nor does it have to be an overwhelming experience of back to back postures where you feel as if you’re twisting yourself into an irreversible pretzel. Because every body is different, the beauty behind my yoga classes is that I teach for everybody. Feeling tired? Find energy through flows and balancing postures. Looking for relaxation? Quiet your mind through deep stretches where we link our breath to our movements. No idea what you’re doing? We’ve all been there before! Come into class with a positive attitude and feel free to take it at your own pace without feeling like the odd yogi out. I’ve had several newbies who become regulars because of their positive first experience and immediately feeling the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Whether it’s stepping out of your comfort zone, giving yourself the break you deserve, or looking for a way to get your endorphins pumping, get ready to “Drop and Give Me Zen!

Currently classes are all held at
Carpe Danza Studios at 1736 Main Street Boise, Idaho

Cost: $10 or pay what you can as yoga should be for EVERY body

Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, towel (if you flush out toxins the way I do), something to hydrate with, and leave all your to do’s, worries, and stress at the door!

Euphoric Yoga

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm

A relaxing yet upbeat vinyasa flow where you can expect to leave your practice feeling better than you felt walking into class with more energy, a calm mind, and elated with happiness. After all, it isn’t called Euphoric for nothing!

Please bring a mat, towel (if you flush out toxins the way I do), something to hydrate with, and leave all your to do’s, worries, and stress at the door!

Gentle Euphoric Yoga

Wednesdays at 4:30 – 5:30 pm

A more gentle version of Euphoric yoga with deep stretches, twists, and breathing that allows you to take a break from your hectic week and find relaxation. Expect to leave your practice feeling better than you felt walking into class with more energy, a calm mind, and elated with happiness. After all, it isn’t called Euphoric for nothing!
