The right music can make a work out stronger, a run more enjoyable, or just put you in a better mood! I like to add diversity to my playlists when I’m running or getting my work out in. I also like to switch up the music I listen to and love new recommendations as well. If you have a favorite playlist or song you enjoy, let me know! Waggle Butt Run Workout – Some days we just need a little pick me up and some songs to get our feet out the door and on our way. These will have you up and moving, no problem. Though I can’t be held accountable for any dance moves that may bust out while in the midst of running!
I Need To Run, But Baby It’s Cold Outside! – Boise fall mornings are absolutely beautiful but boy are they chilly. These songs have the high energy that I need sometimes to get me out the door and on my toes in no time!

This is one of those songs that I find myself jamming out to while I’m running. Lips start to mouth the words, then I’ll get a little head bobbing going on and before I know it my fingers start point and dancing around and “pushing” during the chorus. I’m sure it’s quite the show for the drivers that pass me, and even more so for the other pedestrians who actually get to enjoy the show for an extended period of time.
It was just once of those days I needed all the energy boosters I could get!
